Policies

Payment

Payment is due in full on (or prior to) first day of service. Checks, cash, and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. $25 fee on returned checks. Personal checks will not be accepted after being returned for a second time. Late charges apply for payments made after the due date. Failure to make payment or honor payment arrangement can result in termination of future business. We do have a no refund policy for training.


Business Hours

Phone calls and emails will be monitored for emergencies throughout the day. Please allow one business day for general inquiries. Hours are based on appointments only.


Consultation/Meet & Greet

For new clients, a consultation must be scheduled  before the first day of service to allow us the opportunity to learn about your pet and their care routine. This will also provide you the time to let us know any concerns you may have while your pet is in our care.  A key or way of entry should be provided at conclusion of consultation.


Updates

While your pet is in our care, complimentary photos will be sent. You can also request updates as needed. Report cards will be provided at the end of every session or visit.


Cancellations

Mt. Olympus Animal Services accepts jobs on a first come, first serve basis. We will only book one client for a time slot. Although, we understand that situations can change at a moment’s notice, late notice cancellations provide an inconvenience for us to re-book. With this information in mind, the following cancellation fees apply:

0-48 hours notice: 50% of complete service
